The DNA Interest Group meets online on the second Saturday of each month.  Meeting times vary.  If you are interested in joining this group, please contact Sharlene Miller (sharlenekmiller@outlook.com) to be added to the email list.  You will receive announcements of upcoming meeting times and dates and a link to join the discussion.

Dr. Caroline Merrigan will present a program on "What is the DAR and Why Would I Want to Join?"  She will share lineage requirements for joining the DAR.  Also, DAR and NWMGS members will be available to assist attendees in the seach for the Patriot in their own Family Tree.

It is helpful to have names, birth, death and marriage dates and places for each of your grandparents.

Join us at 7:00PM at the NWMGS Library to watch an episode of Finding Your Roots on DVD and use it as a starting point for discussion of genealogical topics.  The group is open and free to NWMGS members and guests.
